I am a Licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of experience. I graduated from Duquesne University with a Masters degree in Community Counseling and I am currently trained as a Perinatal Mood Disorder clinician. My approach to therapy is tailored to each of my client's needs. I utilize techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness training, strength based and person-centered approaches. My goal is to make sure you feel safe and comfortable while sharing in therapy.

Over the years I have worked with clients who are suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship/marital issues, trauma, obsession compulsive disorder and other mood disorders. I help clients work through challenging times such as processing grief, overcoming trauma, building their self-confidence, establishing boundaries and building strong healthy relationships. Currently Unglaub Counseling is offering in person as well as virtual therapy sessions. The following Insurance is accepted : Aetna, Cigna, United, Optum, Highmark BC/BS and UPMC. Self-Pay options are available.
In person Therapy
Conveniently located right off of Rt. 30 in Jeannette Pa, the office offers a private, comfortable setting.
Virtual Therapy
For those who cannot make it into the office, virtual sessions are offered through a private and secure online portal.
